I help parents, particularly special needs parents, grow a profitable and sustainable business around family.
I’m not here for the hustle to be successful way of doing business.
I’m on a mission to drown out the “be in the room”, “hustle harder”, “sacrifice now so your family can benefit later” narrative.
Sacrificing my son’s physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing to “be in a room” is not something I’m prepared to do.
I believe, deeply, that it’s okay to do business differently.

I’m a single special needs mum who left employment to care for my adopted son (read more about my adoption journey here), and have built a business around our life, instead of having life dictated to by someone else’s priorities.
I didn’t get the flexibility I needed there, so you can be DAMN sure I wasn’t going to make the same mistake in my own business.
I’m going to be honest, this isn’t easy. If it was, everyone would be doing it.
We’re not shouting about hitting six figures in 3 months (those posts used to trigger me too). We’re building businesses with limited hours, real responsibilities, and a life that comes first, so yes, it takes longer, and that’s not a failure.
This is about defining what YOUR dream business looks like. What success means to you, and building a business that supports your family, not sacrifices it.
You don't have to keep throwing out last-minute offers, second-guessing your pricing, wondering why people aren’t buying when you are showing up, reinventing the wheel every single month just to make sales, and keep lying awake at night thinking, is it meant to feel this hard or is it just me?
I know, because I had to figure this out myself.
When I was building my business, I realised I couldn’t hold it all in my head. So I mapped it out, not as a fancy framework at first, just something that made sense when life was loud and my brain was full.
That’s what became my FIREUP Framework.
A clear, strategic pathway that shows you what you need so your business can keep working even when you can’t.
This isn’t cookie cutter. Every business is different. Every lifestyle it supports is different. You get the structure and decide how that looks for you.
The priority is family first, supported by strategies most people ignore but are needed now more than ever: customer experience, retention, and sustainability.
So if your business relies entirely on you showing up every day.
If you want clarity, structure, and income that fits around the parent you want to be.
You’re in the right place.
No more burning it all down and calling it a “pivot.”
Just a business that works the way you need it to.
Here’s where you can start……
